Thanks @Caroline! I was wondering about the workload of current DRAs? Or, how the network is currently under/over utilised?

Q: Given that university staff and students may experience bullying from external collaborators at other universities, what is the role of DRAs in helping address this?

Q: I see more and more cases of students bullying staff. After talking to HR, I understand that there is little to nothing a staff can do in this case. Any advice?

Hello, thanks for the overview, really interesting to hear. I had a recent situation with a clinician who I felt was rude to me but not bullying. I raised concerns with my team managers but they opted for a watch and wait approach. I feel that addressing inappropriate behaviour early on is important - what are your thoughts and suggestions on taking this forward?

great presentation! :) lots of new info to me, are school HR usually advised to make these resources/info available regularly to new staff? especially during induction? oftentimes, if the bullying happens before we have access to information/resources like these. its so hard to usually look for help after the bullying has occurred, especially for new staff.

A small suggestion: we get a lot of pamphlets on data storage etc. during induction , would be super useful to have pamphlets on some important and useful links on DRA, EDI, IAD etc. too, especially for international staff and students. there's soo much information to process on UoE website, often times we don't know what to look for, even if its all there online.
